By creating an account or playing Gangs of Mafia you agree to these terms.

The game

Gangs of Mafia is a free online game. Its mafia world, crimes and wars are fiction and do not encourage any real-world crime or violence.
Some characters are computer-controlled; they are clearly marked NPC.
The game is not intended for children under 13.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Use a real e-mail address so you can recover your account.
Don't sell, buy or share accounts.

Fair play

No bots, scripts, auto-clickers or tools that play for you.
No abusing bugs. If you find one, report it to the staff.
No using extra accounts to feed or protect your main account.

Behaviour

Respect other players: no insults, harassment, threats, hate speech, or sexual or offensive content in messages, chat, forum, names or images.
No spam, scams, or links to harmful sites.
Don't share other people's personal information.

Virtual items

Cash, points, items and ranks in the game are virtual. They have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for money outside the game. Contests and prizes follow the rules announced for each one.

Moderation

The staff may warn, mute, reset or suspend accounts that break these terms, and may remove content that breaks them.

Changes and availability

We keep developing the game and may change, balance or remove features, and the game may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
